"The design parameters were already set in the form of the existing
steel frame which had to remain. However, the results of the office
and production space are outstanding. I feel that Paul
Jones Architects, together with the contractor,
achieved all our aims, both in the form and function of our new building.
As a result we have experienced significant business benefits in terms
of the new working environment, all of which has contributed towards

The Quadrangle
Abbey Park,
Romsey
148,000 sq ft warehouse
£6 million budget
"The Quadrangle, Abbey Park, near Romsey
is a 148,000 sq ft warehousing scheme - well that was the brief
given to Paul Jones Architects. What we ended up with was a scheme which has the
aesthetic feel of a prestigious office development, in a well
landscaped setting, constructed to a very low budget but to a
very high specification. The Practice is able to appreciate the
commercial aims of the client, but is pro-active to the extent
of locating sites with real potential. Paul Jones Architects is a
firm of financially aware architects, who can balance all the
requirements within budget, and after managing this, a £35.8m
project through to completion is prepared to take the time to
meet with potential occupiers to help sell the attributes of
the scheme."
